RETIREMENT EXPECTED LONDON PAPEK'S P.EPOKT LONDON, March 15. Widespread interest has been aroused as the result of the Observer in a leader announcing that Mr. Baldwin is retiring at the Coronation. Mr. Baldwin, immediately after the election, intimated that he did not propose to retain the Premiers'll.p during parts of the full term, but HitObserver’s is the first definite stale ment regarding the matter.
