The New Zealand trotter Emilias Wav competed at the Wayville trot--Ing meeting to-night but was unplaced in the Stratton Slakes (thirteen furlongs) from the back mark, 100 yards behind, ’flu* race was won by Princess Myrtle (20 yards behind) in 3min. 42 4-ssec. Emilias Way’s fastest gait was 2.14 3-5. The New Zealand horses Evicus (with an injured leg) and Roi I’Or (with injured ribs) are still in Adelaide.
