GARDEN PARTY AT “LETHAM” A we’l at:ended garden party, in aid of Church of England funds, was held in the spacious and beautiful grounds of , ‘Lctham,’ J the residence of Mrs C. G. Ross. The grounds had been generously lent for the occasion and the visitors greatlv enjoyed seeing the flower gardens and fine old trees. The play was well-aered, the parts being taken by Mrs R. A. Howie, Misses F. Warnock. F. Notman, K. Hoar. Corrigan, and Leslie Hall, all members of the Repertory Society. The gratifying sum of £39 was realised as the result of the function. The thanks of the organisers were extended to Mrs Ross for :h»j loan of the grounds and to ail tn >-e w. o had so kindly helped towa’ds the success of the party.
