DISTRACTED MINER’S ACT. ILL HEALTH THE CAUSE. EDMONTON, March 12. A message from Osoyoos (British Columbia) states that Julius Mortensen, miner, worrying over his discharge through ill-health, shot and killed his sleeping wife, his three children, and himself, leaving a nbte and money paying all of his debts to a penny.
