IMPORTANT CONFERENCE
LABOUR DELEGATES TO MEET IN LONDON Received March .13, 6.50 p.m. LONDON, March 13. The biggest Labour conference sintc the war will be held in London next week to consider the European situation. About 200 delegates, representing 36,000 workers, from 15 countries will attend. The conference will be held under the auspices of the British National Council of Labour. Italy, Russia and Germany will not be rupee sented. They are clai-wed as noud'emoc ratio. BOXER VINDICATED CHARGE AGAINST FIRPO. GREW BEARD AS DISGUISE Received March 13, 11.50 p.m BUENOS AIRE'S. Alaich 13. Luis E‘irpc. a forme;- contender for the heavyweight boxing title, was acquitted by the Court to-day on a long pending charge concerning a fraudulent real-estate transaction. After indictment the boxer fled t‘Uruguay, wh-ere he grew a dense beard for disguise and remained in hiding several months. Tiring of exile he returned to face the charge and won vindication.
