USE OF HALL REFUSED OXFORD COUNCIL’S ACTION LONDON, Feb. 20. The Oxford Council refused the use of thp Town Hall for a meeting of University Fascists ,at which Sir O. Mosley was the speaker. The University representative on the council said that he<l no objection to people playing about with silly little armies and salutes, but he did not want a repetition of the scenes at the last Fascist meeting in the hall. He did not want to see the careers of young excitable student? ruined by mixing up in free fights. _____
