USE OF HALL REFUSED OXFORD COUNCIL’S ACTION LONDON, Feb. 20. The Oxford Council refused the use of thp Town Hall for a meeting of University Fascists ,at which Sir O. Mosley was the speaker. The University representative on the council said that he<l no objection to people playing about with silly little armies and salutes, but he did not want a repetition of the scenes at the last Fascist meeting in the hall.
