"We have promised to provide a guaranteed economic price for farmers’ services and also to make provision for selling the surplus overseas,” Mr. Savage ad*’d. "I do not see that there is any conflict in that. It ia really a question of devising a practical scheme and obtaining the best possible machinery for putting it into effect.”
