N.Z. JUNIOR AND INTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONS AUCKLAND SWIMMERS [ Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, Jan. 14. One New Zealand record was lowered at the intermediate and junior swimming championships of Auckland, held in the tepid baths to-night, the successful competitor being the winner of the 50 yards juaicT girls’ title, M. Black. Her time was 29 3-Bsec., a reduction of one-fifth of a second upon her own record, which was established at Auckland nearly two years ago. A further title gained by her was the 100 yards, in which she lowered the Auckland record from Imiu. .11. 2-see<-. to Imiu. 10 3-ssec. The following team will represent Auckland at the New Zealand intermediate and junior championship meet ing at Hamilton on January 20, 27 and 23:—Intermediate boys: 100yds. and 220yds., A.
