MAGISTRATE’S COURT
HEAVY TRAFFIC BREACHES A 'h ut list of cases involving breaches of the heavy traffic regulations were dealt with bv Mr J. IL Salmon, S.M., in the Al agist rat c’s Court yesterday. A’ictor Francis Boag was fined £1 and ?(•,< 6d costs for speeding in a rnotorlorry, and Maurice John O’Brien wa® fined £? and costs amounting to the same figures for a similar offence. Arthur G. Candish and Hill Bros, were both fined £2 and 20s 6d costs for overloading motor-lorries. Two charges of a similar nature were preferred against William Walter Gilbert Crane, who was fined £2 nn each charge with costs amounting to £2 2s.
