BOTH MARKETS WEAK PRICES DECLINE The recent improvement in the London butter market was not maintained last week, and after reaching 101 s for New Zealand finest, the market had dropped by the end of the week to 965, and closed weak and quiet. Deliveries of New’ Zealand butter last week were 2311 tons, compared with 2643 tons for the previous week, and 2698 tons a year ago. Australian deliveries totalled 2552 tons, against 2582 tone a year a g°The Imperial Economic Committee’s estimated stocks of all butters in store at January 4, was 350,730 boxes, compared with 507,925 boxes a year ago.
