BRADFORD WOOL INDUSTRY
BUSIEST PERIOD SINCE BOOM FACTORIES WORKING DAY' AND NIGHT. LONDON, Jan. 9. Bradford is firm in view of the limited offerings and it is expected that the prices at the London sales will fully confirm Bradford parity. The wool textile industry has not experienced such activity since the boom immediately after the war. Some factories are working day and night, and it is difficult to obtain a sufficiency of skilled hands. Unemployment at Huddersfield is the lowest for eight years.
