CABINET RESIGNS LIVELY ALTERNATION - MADRID, Dec. 30. After a fortnight’s existence the Spaui.sh Cabinet fell amid fist shaking and recriminations, the sequel to rejecting the Premier Manuel PortellaY demand that Ministers on the eve of general elections should not issue political statements or confer with the Opposition leaders. Senor Portella accused the Finance Minister (Senor Chapaprieta) of being a doubie-crosser. The Minister of Agriculture (Senor Blanco) pounding the table resented Senor Portella Y language. Others intervened in the interests of peace, but Cabinet was so much at loggerheads that Ministers perceived the impossibility of conferring with President Alcala, Zamora, and Senor Portella. submitted his- resignation. The President immediately instructed him to form a new Cabinet. Senor Portella is identical with Senor Valladares. NEW CABINET FORMED EARLY ELECTION LIKELY IM ADRI D, Dec. 30. Senor Fortella has formed a new Cabinet. Senor I’ortella intends to dissolve the Cortes and .hold new elections.
