EXPANSION IN BUSINESS'. ’ The directors of Joseph. Nathan and ■Co., London, report that cabled and preliminary information indicates that the company’s accounts for the year ended September 30, 1935, will chow a profit, after providing for contingencies and subject to audit, of £(3,943, compared With £55,564 last year. “This result reflects a further satisfactory improbement and expansion in the business of the company,” states the directors. The report and accounts will be issued as soon as available, and, at the annual meeting, which will be held in March the directors will recommend payment of two years’ dividend on the 8 per cent, preferred ordinary shares. Warrants for the halfyearly dividend on the 7 per cent, preference shares will be posted on December 31.
