MR. COATES' POSITION EXPECTED TO HOLD KAIPARA [ Per Press Association. ] DARGAVILLE, Nov. 30. There has been no alteration in the figures for the Kaipara electorate since the night of the election, when thev were as follows:—Mr. Coates, 4427; Mr Grounds, 4219; Mr. Caughley, 473. There are still approximately 700 postal and absentee votes to be counted. These will not be touched till the recount commences on Monday morning and the final result is not expected till Wednesday, It is considered th? result of the election will not be altered by the recount.
