POLICE CHANGES
LATEST PROMOTIONS [ Per Press Association. 1 WELLINGTON, Nov. 27. .Superintendent of Police D. C. Fraser has been transferred from Dunedin to Christchurch, replacing Superintendent D. J. Cummings, who takes charge of the Wellington district. Inspector A. Cameron has been promoted to the rank of superintendent, and has been transferred to Dunedin. He will be replaced by Inspector S. Rawle, of Palmerston North. Inspector J. Cummings, who has been attached to the Commissioner’s staff for several years has been transferred to Palmerston r orth.
