LADY GRACEFUL’S OAKS KINNOULL WINS CLP fRACAS WINS HANDICAP. [ Per Presi Association. ] CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 13. The Canterbury Jockey Club’s Metropolitan meeting was continued today. Rain fell all day. The attendance was fair. The track was slow-. The investments totalled £22,670 for the eight races, as compared with £20.764 for seven races on the corresponding day last year. Rasouli led into the straight from An tic Star and Polydora, but Polvdora took charge at the last fence to win by a length and a half from Red Sun, with Rasouli two lengths away and Arctic Star fourth. Alina and Bun Fight led out of the straight and Alma was followed down the back by Girl < Guide. Bun Fight, Kotou, Lady Graceful, Going Gay and Myriam. At the •ix furlongs Alina and Bun Fight had -harge and were followed across the op by Lady Graceful, Kotou ami Gong Gay. Run Fight led into the straight from Lady Graceful, well clear •>f Kotou and Alma. Lady Graceful drew out in the run home and won by three lengths from Bun Fight, with Going Gar eignt lengths away. Kitinoi’ll closed up on Cuddle rounding the far turn and these two raced together across the lop two lengths ahead of Heritage, with Tout le Monde beaten off. Cuddle and Kinnoull entered the straight abreast but Kinnoull drew out in the run home ami beat Cuddle by three lengths. Heritage was five lengths away and Tout le AluL.de was '!’~tanred. Entering the straight Great Star ard Courtyard were followed by Tunneller, Dollar Prince, Grey Honour and Beau Gallante. Courtyard drew out ?nd won by three lengths from Grey Hon6ur. ran the same crossing the top but turning for home Horn’s Reef, Chidden. Hunting Cat, Jolly Beggar and Padishah were most prominent. Over the concluding stages Padishah did best and beat Chidden by a neck, with Jolly Beggar a length away and Horn’s Reef fourth. Time, 2.16 2-5.
