OTTAWA CONFERENCE. LONDON, Nov. 12. Sir Ronald Banks (Director-General of the Post Office), Lieut.-Colonel F. C. Shelmerdine (Director of Civil Aviation in the Air Ministry), Mr. Woods Humphrey (managing director of Imperial Airways), and. officials of the Air Ministry, Dominion Office, and Post Office will leave for Ottawa tomorrow to discuss with the Canadian authorities the establishment of a trans-Atlantic service.
