EXCHANGE RATE
VIEW OF FREEZING COMPANIES. { Per Press Association. ] CHRISTCHURCH. Nov. 12. At the annual meeting of the South Island Freezing Companies Association held to-day, the question of any reduc lion in the exchange rate on London was discussed. The opinion was unanimously expressed that a reduction in the present rate would be disastrous to the farming community while other exporting countries continue on their present basis of exchange.
