TALLOW AND HEMP MARKETS
The Department of Agriculture has received the following cablegram, dated November 9, from the High Commission for New Zealand, London:— Tallow: Ma diet continues quiet. Hemp: Market easier; steadier at the close. “K’’ grade sold down to 21 10s. Closing values £23. Sisal: Market firmer, better demand. November-De-cember and January-March shipments sold up to £27. New Zealand: Market unchanged.
