QUEEN’S PARK ENTERTAINMENT “OLD FRJILNDS WITH NEW FA CL’S" A delightful cantata was staged bv the pupils vf Queer’s Park School] last night. The play, which was entitled “Old Friends With New ! Faces," was held in st. Paula Hall nnd was attended by a large and enthusiastic audience. “Old Friends . With New Faces" proved thoroughly ■ enjoyable from start to finish, the ] choruses, songs, dances and recitations rendered by the kiddies being greatly admired and appreciated. The principal characters taking part ' in the cantata were: Sister Ann (Betty McKie), Mistress Mary (Mary Grinstead); Humpty Dumpty (George Matthews); Jack (Eileen McMahon); Jill (Betty Cooke); Mother Hubbard (Joyce Rennie); Little Boy Blue (Maurice Harris); Little Jack'Horner , (Jack Wills); Little Red Riding Hood (Audrey Hayward); Little 80-Peep ' (Sybil Lileyi. The accompanist was . Miss E. R. Mill. The programme was as follows: Part I. —“Rendezvous," infant department; overture, Miss E. R.
