EINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCED The Stock Exchange Association of New Zealand has been advised that at a meeting of the board of directors of the New Zealand Guarantee Corporation, Ltd., held yesterday, it was decided to recommend at the annual meeting to be held ou October 30 that a final dividend of one penny halfpenny per share be paid. Transfer books will close on September 30. An interim dividend of lAd. per share was paid on .March 29 last. Thus the distribution for the year ended August 31 will total 3d per 3s share, or at the rate of 8 l-3d per cent., as compared with 4d. per share, equal to 11 l-9d per cent, last yenr.
