CARGOES FROM SOUTHERN PORTS BREEZE EXPECTED TUESDAY The Canterbury Company's coastal motorship Breeze is now scheduled to arrive at Wanganui from Dunedin and via ports on Tuesday. The vessel loada at Wellington today and at Picton on Monday. She will return to southern ports after discharge at Wanganui. (Millward and Co.). OREPUKI TIMARU TO-DAY The Canterbury Company’s s.s. Orepuki loads for Wanganui at Timaru to-day. She will complete at Lyttelton on Monday and at Wellington and Picton on Tuesday. The Orepuki will discharge a southern cargo at Wanganui on Wednesday. TUIRANGI LEFT AUCKLAND YESTERDAY The New Zealand Refrigerating Company advises that the motor-ehip Tuirangi left Auckland at 10.45 a.m. yesterday for Wanganui, via the East Coast. The vessel is due here about Monday evening. OVERSEAS VESSELS. (To Berth at Castlccliff.) PHOSPHATES FROM NAURU The motor-ship Comliebank is scheduled to load phosphates at Nauru Inland on October 2 for Messrs. Kempthorne, Prosser and Company. She is expected at Castlecliff, via New Plymouth, on October 18. (Millward and Co.). THE JAMES COOK With general cargo from Australian ports, via Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Auckland, the intercolonial freighter James Cook (2834 tone. Captain C. G. Turner) is expected at Castlecliff on October 15. She is Io sail on October 17 for Australian ports, via Greymouth. (Holm and Co.). THE KALINGO The Union Company’s freighter Kalingo (2047 tons. Captain C. Ostenfeld) is now leading on the West Coast for Australia. After discharging New Zealand cargo at Melbourne, she will load for the return trip, completing at Adelaide and Edithburg. FORDSDALE AT WELLINGTON The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s freighter Fordsdale (9949 tons, Captain D. Christie) is at present loading at Wellington, from where she is scheduled to sail on October 3 for the Wanganui roadstead. She will load frozen meat and dairy produce for London and from Wanganui will proceed to New Plymouth, Auckland and Port Chalmers. She will sail finally on October 21 for London, via Cape Horn and Las Palmas. (Freeman R. Jackson and Co.). MIDDLESEX NEXT MONTH The Federal Company’s freighter Middlesex (8575 tons. Captain Wilde) is to commence loading during discharge at Port Chalmers on October 1 and completes later at Bluff, Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth and Auckland. THE MAUI POMARE The Government motor-ship Maui Pomare is due at Lyttelton from Apia and Niue Island on Monday, and at Wellington on Tuesday. After discharging and loading she is to sail on Tuesday on her return trip to Apia and Niue Island. TROJAN STAR AT LONDON The Blue Star Line steamer Trojan Star is reported to have reached London from Auckland, via Panama, on Tuesday. She was despatched from Auckland on August 17. MONTEREY REPLACED The Lurline is to replace the Monterey on her next round trip. The vessel wili leave San Francisco on October 15, and is due at Auckland on November 1. TEES WELLINGTON TO-MORROW The steamer Tees ie now due at Wellington from the Chatham Islands, via Lyttelton. She will sail again for Lyttelton on Monday. MATAI FOR NORTHERN LIGHT'S The Government vessel Matai is to leave Wellington at 8 o’clock on Monday night for a tour of the northern lighthouses. PHOSPHATE CHARTERS The following British ships have been chartered to load phosphates at Nauru or Ocean Island for New Zealand or Australia: — Antonio, Aymeric, Comliebank, Comeric, Oakbank, Springbank. The Queen Maud is to load at Ocean Island for Australia or New Zealand. NEW O.S.K. MOTOR SHIPS Advice has been received that two new vessels for the Osaka Shosen Kaisha’e Australian trade will be in commission next May. Each will be of 7000 tons, with a speed of 18 knots. The ships will maintain an 11 days’ service between Brisbane and Kobe. There will be provision for the carriage of chilled beef. (Burgess and Co.). THE CANADIAN PLANTER The Canadian Planter, which reached Newcastle on Tuesday evening, is to return to New Zealand to load after discharge at Sydney and Melbourne.
