THREE MONTHS: GAOL
AND LICENCE CANCELLED FOR TEN YEARS PKUNKEN MOTOR-CYCLIST. [ Per Press Association. ] DUNEDIN, Sept. 9. Robert Julius Olson made his fourth appearance on a charge of being intoxicated in charge ot a motor-cycle, and was prohibited from driving for-10 years and sentenced to three months’ gaol. On a previous occasion he was lined £lO and his licence cancelled for a similar period, but he was given a permit to ride to and from work provided he took out a prohibition order. The magistrate said he had abused the trust placed in him, and had only himself to blame for the position in which he now found himself.
