RESTORATION OF CUTS
REQUEST BY CIVIL SERVANTS GOVERNMENT CONSIDERING ( Per Prana Association. ) ■ WELLINGTON, Sept. 4. A request for a furNter restoration of cuts was made by a deputation representative of the Public Service which waited on the Prime Minister to-day. Proceedings were not open to the Press. It is understood the Prime Minister gave an undertaking that the request of the deputation would receive the consideration of Cabinet.
