* V.R.U. CHAIRMAN DEAD 3IR. L. K. S. MACKINNON Received Aug. 25, 7.5 pjml MELBOURNE, Aug. 25. The death has occurred, after a i lengthy illness, of Mr. L. K. S, Alac kinnon, chairman of the \ ictoria Racing Club, aged 74. He was born at thv Ish* of Skye, Scotland. He was a solicitor by profession ami one of the pioneers of Victorian racing.
