NEW ZEALAND UNIVERSITY
SENATE DECISIONS. [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Aug. 23. The executive committee of the New Zealand University Senate conferred the degree of M. 8., CH.B., on Mr. A. P. Cotter, Otago University. It was decided to send an address in Latin to the rector of the University of Rome, congratulating the university on opening the new’ buildings, but regretting inability to send a delegate to tho function.
