AND T. —The Rugby match at Athletic Park, Wellington, between teams from the Post and Telegraph Department and the Police Force, an annual fixture, provided a large amount of comedy as well as some serious football. At top, the first team the Police (right) faced. Centre left, a dead heat in the wheelbarrow race. Centre right, on the ball. Bottom, the Hon. J. G. Cobbe paying his line after being "hailed before the Beak.”
