COASTAL MOVEMENTS. I CARGOES FROM SOUTHERN PORTS. KAPITI THIS MORNING. With general cargo from Wellington, thf m.c. Kapiti is expected early this morning. The Kapiti sails this evening for Lyttelton direct. She is to leave the latter port on Monday for Wellington and Wanganui. (Burgess and Co.) OREPUKI WELLINGTON TO-DAY. The Canterbury Company's s.s. Orepuki is en route to Wanganui with general cargc from Dunedin and via ports. The steamei completes her loading at Wellington to-day and Picton to-moriow. She is expected hen on Sunday -.norning. HOLMDALE DUNEDIN TO-MORROW. Holm and Company’s s.s. Holmdale left Wellington yesterday for Dunedin, where she is expected to commence her Wanganui loading to-morrow. The steamer will complete at Oamaru and Timaru on Monday, Lyttelton Tuesday and Wellington ovd Picton on Wednesday. The vessel is expected at Wanganui on Thursday. (Holm and Co.) BREEZE GOING SOUTH. The Canterbury Company’s motor-ship Breeze left la«t night for Dunedin and via porta. The Breeze is to lake on board Wanganui cargo at Dunedin to-morrow. The vessel will complete her loading at Oamaru and Timaru Monday, Lyttelton Tuesday and Wellington and Picton on Wednesday. The vessel is due here again on Thursday. (Millward and Co.) ONEHUNGA-NEW PLYMOUTH SERVICE. HAUTURU CLEARS WANGANUI. The Northern Company’s a.m.v. Hauturu left Wanganui yesterday morning for Onehunga direct. The vessel is due back from Onehunga and New Plymouth on Wednesday. (Johnston and Co.) « COAL CARGOES. TITOKI FOR WESTPORT. The Anchor Company’s collier Titoki discharged a ooel cargo at Wanganui yesterday and left in the afternoon for Westport. (Cock and Co.) OVERSEAS VESSELS. (To Berth at Castlecliff.) KALINGO’S MOVEMENTS. The Union Company’s freighter Kalingo (2042 tons, Captain C. Ostenfeld) is at present discharg.ng an Australian cargo at Wellington. The Kalingo is scheduled to load at Newcastle and Sydney towards the end of this month for New Plymouth, Picton and Wanganui. From Wanganui she will proceed to Greymouth. (Millward and Co.), NAIRNBANK TO LOAD. The Nairnhank is to load phosphate for Messrs. Kempthorne, Prosser and Go. The vesel is due at Castleoliff at about the end of September. HOMEBOATS DUE. (To Load in Roadstead.) PORT FAIRY TO LOAD. The C. and D. motor-ship Port Fairy is scheduled to load in the Wanganui roadstead in September. She is at present loading and discharging at South Island ports. (Smith,. Beauchamp and Co.). THE TONGARIRO. The Federal Steam Navigation Company's «.s. Tongariro will load for London and West Coast ports of England on September 18 and 19. The vessel will anchor in the roadstead and take on board a quantity of frozen meat. (Burgess and Co.) THE FORDSDALE. The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Fordsdale is also scheduled to load in the roadstead for Great Britain. The vessel is expected here about October 4. (Freeman R. Jackson and Co.) FROM THE SHIP’S LOG. SAILING DATE INDEFINITE. The sailing date of the Huddart Parker liner Wanganella, from Sydney, is indefinite. The vessel will proceed from Sydney to Auckland, from which port she will return to Sydney and Melbourne. An announcement concerning the liner’s movements will be made later. (Millward and Co.) THE CANADIAN CONSTRUCTOR. The s.s. Canadian Constructor is expected at Wellington on September 11 to load for New York, Boston and Montreal, transhipment at New York for the United Kingdom and the Continent. (Millward and Co.) RANGITIKI REPORTED. Advice received by the New Zealand Shipring Company states that the Rangitiki, en i cute from Wellington to London, arrived at Panama on the afternoon of August 18. The vessel, which left Wellington on July 31, is due at London on September 2. TRAWLER WAITANGI SOLD. The steam crawler Waitangi, which has leen a unit sf the Port Chalmers fishing fleet for a number of years, has been sold to Messrs. Johnson Bros., of Bluff. WELLINGTON-PIGTON SERVICE. The Tamahine will leave Picton at 9 p.m. on August 30, and will withdraw for survey on arrival at Wellington.
