NEW ESTONIAN CODE. VOIGEMAST TAKES THE CUP. REVAL, Aug. 21. Given tho choice of the poison cul or hanging, Paul Voigemast, convicted of murdering a school inistres, gulped a dose of poison and died. He was the second to be given the choice under the new Estonian criminal code. The first preferred hanging.
