AMERICA’S LATEST ’PLANE
FOUR-MOTORED BOEING. SEATTLE, Aug. 20. The Boeing Aircraft Corporation’s new four-motored Boeing aeroplane flew from Seattle to Dayton (Ohio), a distance of 2100 miles, in nine hours, three minutes, at an average speed of 232.20 miles an hour. This is claimed to be a new speed record for multi-motored aeroplanes.
