ELECTION OF DIRECTORS. [ Per Press Association. ) HAMILTON, Aug. 20. The election for four directors of the New Zealand Co-operative Company resulted: Northern electoral district, Mr. J. Henry (Pa-tuinahoe); southern district, Mr. F. O. R. Phillips (Otorohanga); south-eastern district, Mr. R. A Candy (Walton), who defeated the sitting member, Mr. W. 11. Allen (Tirau); and Paeroa ward, Mr. W. Mar shall (Paeroa).
