LYTTELTON BY ELECTION. ( Per Press Association. ) CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 3. Owing to an oversight the votes recorded al (’hatham Islands wore omitted from the declaration of tin* Lyttelton by-election result made on Monday. In the amended totals the majority of Mr. Ale Combs is reduced from 1828 to 1792. The figures now are: -McCombs, 5669: Lyons. .'.877; Hills, 103; Hamilton, -16. ,
