LEAGUE’S SOLE POLICEMAN
JRITAIN NOT ASSUMING ROLE. Received Julv 19, 8.25 p.m. LONDON, July 19. Captain Euan Wallace, speaking at Halton, declared that the Government did not intend to be the League’s sole policeman. It was not going to be stampeded by belligerent pacifists into aggressiveness regarding the ItaloAbyssinian dispute.
