J. Graham coroner, at the inquest un Win Ldward Turner, aged 67, who died a> a result of injuries received iu a col lision with a inotur truck driven bs Claude Dustin, ot' Waitotara, un Juh 6. Ju returning a verdict of accident a. death, the coroner said that no blame was attachable to lhe driver. “ This emphasises the need lor pedestrian.', tu exercise extreme caution. In this ease deceased apparently failed to look both way-, before crossing the road.” The evidence showed that dec ure(? suddenly (‘merged from behind anothei vehicle on to the track of the..oncoming truck.
