AN APPEAL REFUSED. [ Far Fraas Anaoclatioa. ] WELLINGTON, July .18. An application for special leave to appeal against the sentence of exile from Rarotonga was refused by the Chief Justice to-day to David William Mcßirney, Sir M. Myers saying that if the applicant desired to carry the matter further he must apply to the Govern or-GeneraJ-in-Counci I.
