SCHOOL COMMITTEE’S VIEW. EDUCATION BOARD’S CIRCULAR. I Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, April 29. Believing that it would be more suitable to purchase something tangible, such as books for a reference library or something permanent in form, the Johnsonville School Committee resolved: “That we, believing the spending of money in the way outlined in the Education Board’s circular for April 11, re the silver jubilee of His Majesty the King, is a wasteful and useless way of marking so notable an occasion, this committee refuses to accept money for disposal in that manner, but would ; be pleased to expend the amount upon some project that would permanently mark the occasion. ’ ’
