Excellent progress has been made in England by Miss Elizabeth Lowe, of Dunedin, who was awarded the Elsie Fogarty scholarship, through arrangements made by the British Drama League two year sago, from a number of New Zealand candidates. She will complete her studies at the Central School of Dramatic Xrt, London, and will undertake special courses with the British Drama League at the end of the I year. She is expected back in the, Dominion early next year, ready to assist in ihe work of the league here.
