REDUCING ROAD FATALITIES [ British Official Wirelee*. I Received March 21, 5.5 p.m. RUGBY, March 20. The Transport Minister, in the House of Commons, stated that he would consult the manufacturers and others concerned on the question of equipping all motor vehicles with guards as a means of reducing fatalities on tho i oads.
