YOUNG MAN DROWNED
WEST COAST TRAGEDY [ Per Press Association. ] HOKITIKA, March 11. William James Hayward, single, aged 21 years, was drowned while swimming in the Okari’to lagoon c-n Sunday morning. He came from Waiau, North. Canterbury. The body has not been recovered.
