ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATED JAPANESE MANOEUVRES [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] TOKIO, March 10. The Emperor, eight princes, the entire Cabinet, five octogenarian generals, and 50 other generals, survivors of the Russo-Japanese War, participated in impressive ceremonies on the thirtieth anniversary of the battle of Mukden, whi*eh gave the Empire victory against the Tsarists. A score of stations broadcast spirited patriotic addresses. Military bands and ex-soldiers paraded. The army, navy, and air force cooperated in special manoeuvres.
