At tho Supreme Court to day, before Mr. Justice Kennedy, William McKean I leadvd not guilty to a charge of committing au indecent assault on a 16year old gfrl. An alternative charge of common tfssault was preferred, accused again pleading not guilty. Accused was found guilty of common ussault and sentenced to 21 days’ hard j labour.
