FIRE IN MELBOURNE
TIMBER YARD ABLAZE SERIES OF EXPLOSIONS MELBOURNE, Feb. 5. A fire, accompanied by a series o explosions of oil and petrol drum which sent flames leaping high into th' air, destroyed the timber yard of Me Pherson and Lawrie at. Middle Brigh ton. The damage to the mill am : tacks is estimated at £30,000.
