FRENCH LIGHTWEIGHT BEATEN Received Jan. 22, II p.m. LONDON, Jan. 22. Al the Albert Hall in a ten-round bout Kid Berg defeated Gustave Humcry, the French lightweight champion, the referee stopping the bout in the eighth round owing to the Frenchman's damaged eye. It was a terrific contest. The title was not involved* In a ten-round bout Jimmy Walsh defeated the American Wesley Ramey in the sixth round, when the latter was disqualified for a low delivery. At Hull in twelve rounds Al Burke, outpointed Beb Donnars, the Dutch middleweight champion.
