KING'S SPEECH
A BROADCAST REFUSED. LONDON. Nov. 4. The Star soys the Lord Chamberlain has refused permission to broadcast the King’s speech at the opening of the Institute of British Architects, on the grounds that it is undesirable that His Majesty ’s voice should become commonplace, but should be reserved for spec ia 1 occasions.
