Miss Jean Batten will leave Wellington to-morrow afternoon by the Maun ganui for the Melbourne Centenary. During her official aerial tour she visited 20 towns and made about 150 speeches. She spent to-day in attend- e ing to her machine, which will be j stowed on one of the Maunganui’s decks, and getting a clearance certifieate from the quarantine authorities o fnr her kitten, Buddy, which has done t 60 hours’ flying in New Zealand. a Miss Batten's future plans are in- tdefinite. f
