BRITISH DELEGATION. I British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, Sept. 15. The United Kingdom, delegation to initiate discussions on the commercial and financial relations between the United Kingdom and Germany as effected by the new German machinery for the control of imports and the allocation for foreign exchanges will leave London for Berlin on Monday. The delegation consists of Sir I<cith Ross, Chief Economic Adviser to the British Government, and Mr. St. Quentin Hill, of the Board of Trade. They will be joined by Mr. T. Pin-sent, financial adviser to the British Ambassador in Berlin. The deputation may shortly proceed to London to renew discussions with the Government on difficulties experienced by the cotton, wool and coal trades’ attitude. The Lancashire cotton spinners’ refusing the latest German proposals for a settlement has received the approval of the coal and shipping trades.
