DUKE OF GLOUCESTER
VISIT TO AUSTRALIA. LEAVES ENGLAND TO-DAY. [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Sept. 3. The departure of the Duke of Gloucester to-morrow on an official visit to Australia will be private and informal, but representatives of the Dominions Office, including the Hon. J. 11. Thomas and Air. Stanley Bruce, will attend at the aerodrome where the Duke takes off on the first stage of the journey to Marseilles, where he will join the cruiser Sussex on the way to AustraThe Duke will call at Colombo (Ceylon), where he will hand over the throne of the Kings of Kandy, which has been kept at Windsor Castle since 1815. when, in response to appeals from Ceylon, the King of Kandy was de throned.
