INJUNCTION SOUGHT
ANXIOUS DEBENTURE HOLDER SUIT AGAINST NATIONAL TRUST. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright, Received Sept. 3, 11.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 3. In the Equity Court to-day Mr?. Maude Nott, of Neutral Bay, applied for an injunction against the Southern British National Trust Limited, restraining it from transferring or otherwise dealing with certain shares and Commonwealth bonds now in tho possession of the company. Dr. Louat, for the company, denied that any misrepresentations were made by the company or its agents in the course of dealing with Mrs. Nott. He added that the public would discover very shortly that the whole of the de-benture-holders were fully covered by securities, and there was no cause for anxiety by plaintiff. An injunction by consent was granted till the hearing of the suit.
