Following the difficulty experienceu in securing relief workers for a job ai Hobsonville air base, the officer in charge of unemployment announced today that the work had been again offered to fie and eligible men. That action, he said, was being [y taken on the ground that sustenance b- payments were to be made only to men ’7. for whom no suitable work could b< provided, and in this case the work was suitable. Those men who hac O worked had averaged over 11s per day.
