DANCE AT MAXWELL i The Maxwell Women’s Institute | held its second annual dance on Tuesday evening. There was a very good attendance, the evening being thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thu hall was very gay with streamers and balloons in green, orange and lemon (the institute colours), greenery adornI ing the walls. At the conclusion of a strenuous set of Lancers fruit salad handed round was greatly appreciated, while later in the evening a delicious supper was served. The duties of M.’sC. were ably carried out by Messrs. Doug Blair and I. Billinghurst. Among those present were: Mesdames Morrison, N. Hughes, Stake, Verry, Woodley, Birch, Billinghurst, E. Morrison, Hood, Worsley, J. Darbyshire, Mundy, Miller, Wickett, Lethbridge, Barber, Stevenson, Zimmerman, H. Ireland, Misses 11. Siddall, J. and B. Blair, M. Beach, D. Worsley, E. and E. Morrison, J.
